WHY CHOOSE 1:1 SESSIONS?

  1. You feel disconnected from your body

You might be living mostly in your head, a dreamer, (over)thinker, strategiser, problem solver — aware of your patterns, but struggling to feel or shift them. You’re longing for a deeper connection to your body, where you can listen, soften, and respond with more ease.

  2. You are navigating pain, burnout, or sensitivity

Your body may be asking you to slow down in ways that feel unfamiliar or frustrating. You’re seeking practices that honour your limits, support your nervous system, and offer care without pressure or performance.

  3. You are moving through transition or in-between spaces

You might be navigating change in your identity, relationships, work, or place — and feeling ungrounded or uncertain. Maybe you’ve been pushed to the margins or live in a constant liminal space. You’re looking for spaces that can hold complexity and tension, where you don’t have to have everything figured out.

  4. You hold a lot for others, and are ready to be held too

You may be a caregiver, organiser, activist, healing practitioner, or someone others rely on. You’re used to showing up for others, but are now seeking spaces where you can rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself.

Space just for you

HOW I WORK

Belonging

Spaces of practice become places where we remember we are not alone. Together, we co-create a container where you can show up as you are and be held in your full humanity.

Dark abstract illustration of a person lying on their back.

Eros

Eros is the creative life force that connects us to our aliveness. Reconnecting with pleasure, desire, sensation allows us to reclaim our power and remember that our bodies deserve more than survival.

Slowness

Slowing down allows the nervous system to soften and deeper listening to emerge. In a world that demands speed and productivity, slowness becomes a practice of care and resistance.

The erotic is a measure between the beginnings of our sense of self
and the chaos of our strongest feelings.

— Audre Lorde, Uses of the Erotic

WHAT 1:1 SESSIONS LOOK LIKE

Each session is unique and draws from different practices, depending on what your body needs at the moment.

BREATHWORK/
PRANAYAMA

The breath is an expression of life force (prana). Through conscious breathing, we begin to regulate the nervous system and gently shift our inner state, connecting body and mind.

REIKI

A gentle mode of energy healing that encourages life force energy to flow. Reiki brings our beings back to a state of balance on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.

SOMATIC INQUIRY

A practice of turning inward — noticing sensation, tracking the nervous system, and listening to the subtle messages of the body to build awareness, choice, and capacity.

DANCE

Using creative approaches such as free movement, mantra, and vocal expression to access parts of ourselves that may not be expressable through language alone.

MEDITATION

A space for observation and reflection. Meditation supports us in seeing more clearly, cultivating presence, and softening into a sense of unity and liberation first within, then beyond ourselves.

WHAT 1:1 SESSIONS LOOK LIKE

A simple, solid dark-colored circle.

We begin by arriving, noticing what is here, and setting a gentle intention for our time together. From there, we follow what is alive.

At times, I may offer grounding touch or Reiki, if it feels supportive and is fully consented to.

There is no rush and no fixed destination. We move at the speed of trust, allowing your body to guide the process.

This work can complement cognitive or talk-based therapies by supporting the body in processing stress, tension, and long-held patterns.

It may be supportive for experiences such as anxiety, low mood, chronic pain, fatigue, and difficulty resting.

FAQ

(Frequently Asked Questions)

If you have other questions or access needs, feel free to reach out. I’m always open to hearing from you.

  • There is no fixed number of sessions. We move at the pace that feels supportive and aligned for you.

For some, a few sessions can offer clarity or grounding. For others, ongoing work allows for deeper integration over time. Somatic work tends to unfold gradually, so longer-term support can be helpful, but this is always your choice.

  • This depends on your needs and capacity. Some folks come weekly or bi-weekly to build continuity, while others come more flexibly.

Somatic work can benefit from some consistency, as it supports the nervous system in building new patterns over time, but ultimately we find a rhythm that feels sustainable for you.

  • Just yourself!

You’re welcome to bring a journal if you like to reflect or take notes. Comfortable clothing that allows you to move and drop into rest could be supportive.

  • Each session begins with a check-in, noticing what feels present in your body and what your needs/desires are.

From there, I may suggest different approaches based on what I’m hearing. We decide together what feels most supportive and aligned in the moment.

  • No experience is needed. All practices are guided and can be adapted to meet you where you are.

  • No. Supportive touch and Reiki are always optional and guided by your consent. We will discuss this together, and you are always free to say no or change your mind at any point.

  • Yes. Somatic work complements other forms of support, including talk therapy. It offers a “bottom-up” or body-based approach that can help process and integrate experiences that may be difficult to access through words alone.

Group Sessions

A space to slow down, be witnessed, and practice being together.

Slow, collective practices rooted in movement, meditation, and sacred ritual. These sessions bring us back into re-membrance, supporting healing through relationship with oneself, each other and Mother Earth.

Retreats

For groups seeking depth, trust, and shared inquiry over time.

Longer-form containers for collective healing, belonging, and transformation. I facilitate and co-organise retreats and gatherings that weave somatic practice, relational care, and intentional community-building.
