YOGA & SOMATICS

Retreats

Longer-form spaces for those seeking deeper rest, connection, and transformation.

Retreats invite us to step away from the pace of daily life and into a shared rhythm of practice, care, and community. Here you’ll find upcoming retreats, as well as opportunities to co-create retreat spaces.

TIME TO CHOSE YOU

Black background with scattered irregular dark blue shapes.
  1. Softening

Stepping away from daily rhythms allows the body and nervous system to slow down. Not to fix, but to feel — to rest in ways that are not possible in everyday life.

  2. Being Together

An exploration of what it means to be in relationship. To share space, to witness and be witnessed, to move through difference, care, and connection over time.

  3. Listening

A re-membering of the body’s subtle language. Through movement, stillness, and attention, we build awareness and trust in its signals.

  4. Practicing Care

In how we show up, how we set boundaries, how we rest, how we hold ourselves and each other. Change unfolds slowly, through these small, repeated moments.

YOGA & SOMATICS

What lies at the heart of our retreats

Belonging

Spaces of practice become places where we remember we are not alone. Together, we co-create a container where everyone can show up as they are and feel held in their full humanity.

Eros

Eros is the creative life force that reminds us we are alive. Reconnecting with pleasure, sensation, and desire allows us to reclaim vitality and remember that our bodies deserve more than survival.

Slowness

Slowing down allows the nervous system to soften and deeper listening to emerge. In a world that demands speed and productivity, slowness becomes a practice of care and resistance.

For the erotic is not a question only of what we do;
it is a question of how acutely and fully we can feel in the doing.

— Audre Lorde, Uses of the Erotic

WHAT OUR RETREATS LOOK LIKE

combining somatics …

a practice of tuning into the felt sense of the body, noticing sensation, breath and subtle shifts, as we move from the body’s own intelligence.

… with ritual

shared moments of intentional presence that invite us to re-member and connect with Earth and Spirit, forces larger than ourselves.

EROS

Retreat

2026

EROS Retreat 2026

2-6 December | Chiang Mai, Thailand

A retreat that brings together activists, artists, organisers, and community workers from across Southeast Asia and beyond. This is Collective Wellness’ third retreat.

We ask: What can we learn from each other when we're put in the same space? We know that so many of the relationships and networks that have changed our lives grew from moments of being together, in person, with time and care. Our retreats create spaces precisely for that, for grief, for dreaming, for play, for strategy.

FAQ

(Frequently Asked Questions)
  • No experience is needed. All practices are guided and will be adapted to meet you where you are.

  • Retreats are slower, longer-form spaces where we share practice and daily life together. This may include movement, rest, reflection, and time in nature. There is space for both structured sessions and unstructured time to integrate, rest, or be by yourself.

  • I aim to create spaces that are as accessible and adaptable as possible. If you have specific needs (physical, emotional, sensory, or otherwise), you’re welcome to reach out before booking so we can explore what support is possible within the container.

While I may not be able to meet every need, I will always be transparent and do my best to find a way that feels supportive and respectful.

  • Yes! Rest and integration are an important part of the experience. Participation is always invitational, you are encouraged to listen to your body and take all the restful me time you need.

  • This depends on the specific retreat. Some retreats may be more suitable for adults-only spaces, while others may be more flexible.

Feel free to reach out, and we can explore what might be possible depending on the retreat format and container.

  • I feel you, groups can be overwhelming especially for sensitive souls. You are always in choice.

You can pause, rest, or step out of any activity at any time. I am available for support, and we move with an awareness of different capacities within the group.
