YOGA & SOMATICS

Group Sessions

Collective practices rooted in movement, meditation, and ritual.

You’ll find a range of group offerings here — from regular sessions to one-off workshops and themed gatherings. If you’re looking to organise a session for your community or organisation, you’re also welcome to reach out for a tailored offering.

WHY TAKE PART IN A GROUP SESSION?

HEALING IN RELATIONSHIP

  1. You’re craving connection, but feel isolated in your experience

You might be moving through something tender, but holding it alone. You’re longing for spaces where you can just exist with others without needing to explain or perform.

  2. You’re drawn to collective healing and shared practice

You sense that healing is not meant to happen alone. You’re curious about being in spaces where we can move, feel, and learn together — building connection, care, and belonging.

  3. You want to slow down, but find it hard to do on your own

It can feel difficult to pause when you’re by yourself. You’re seeking a shared rhythm, a space where slowing down feels supported, held, and possible.

  4. You’re navigating transition or uncertainty

You may be in an in-between space, where things feel unclear or shifting. You’re looking for a space to land, reflect, and be witnessed as you move through change.

YOGA & SOMATICS

What lies at the heart of my Group Sessions

Belonging

Spaces of practice become places where we remember we are not alone. Together, we co-create a container where everyone can show up as they are and be held in their full humanity.

Eros

Eros is the creative life force that connects us to our aliveness. Reconnecting with pleasure, desire, sensation allows us to reclaim our power and remember that our bodies deserve more than survival.

Slowness

Slowing down allows the nervous system to soften and deeper listening to emerge. In a world that demands speed and productivity, slowness becomes a practice of care and resistance.

WHAT A GROUP SESSION LOOKS LIKE

Combining somatics …

a practice of tuning into the felt sense of the body, noticing sensation, breath and subtle shifts, as we move from the body’s own intelligence.

… with ritual

shared moments of intentional presence that invite us to re-member and connect with Earth and Spirit, forces larger than ourselves.

Group sessions can take different forms, from more structured classes to open, emergent spaces. Some sessions may follow a clear arc, while others are guided by what is present in the group.

Across these different formats, I weave together practices from yoga and somatics — including:

BREATHWORK/
PRANAYAMA

The breath is an expression of life force (prana). Through conscious breathing, we begin to connect body and mind, regulating the nervous system and shifting our inner state.

VOICE

Working with sound, breath, and mantras to connect with the body from within. Voice practices can support release, expression, and a deeper sense of presence in the body.

SOMATIC INQUIRY

A practice of turning inward — noticing sensation, tracking the nervous system, and listening to the subtle messages of the body to build awareness, choice, and capacity.

DANCE

Free movement as a way of listening to the body. Dance invites expression, release, and connection to rhythm, allowing what cannot be spoken to move through us.

MEDITATION

A space for observation and reflection. Meditation supports us in seeing more clearly, cultivating presence, and softening into a sense of unity and liberation first within, then beyond ourselves.

Constellating Care

a monthly BIPOC-centred series for collective rest and care

Intention within Chaos: Choosing what matters in a season of everything

Through journalling, somatic and movement-based exercises, we ask:

  • What is a full-bodied yes?

  • What are we willing to release—even when everything feels important?

  • How can we stay grounded, allowimg the distractions without getting swept away?

Join us for the 4th edition of Constellating Care on 26 May, 6.30-9PM.
