Recurring sessions and longer workshops are also available.

If a studio is needed, rental costs may be included in the final quote.

  • A quiet room with enough space to move comfortably is ideal. Sessions can also be adapted for smaller office spaces or online settings.

  • I can bring small equipment where needed, such as yoga mats or props, depending on the group size and session format. Additional equipment or studio-related costs may be included in the final quote.
