MY MISSIONHelping organizations care for their employees, helping teams to work together.
About My Work with Teams
I began offering yoga and wellbeing sessions in workplaces in 2022 while working as a sustainability journalist and witnessing firsthand how many colleagues were navigating stress, overwhelm, and burnout. What started as lunchtime yoga classes gradually evolved into a broader integration of somatic practices, breathwork, and mindfulness.
While my sessions include movement, I place less emphasis on performance and more on presence, nervous system support, and creating opportunities for teams to pause and reconnect. Participants often share that they leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and connected to themselves and their colleagues.
About Me
I am Sonia Kaur Sambhi, a Punjabi-Chinese yoga and somatic practitioner based in Berlin. Since 2021, I have facilitated body-based practices for individuals, community groups, organisations, and retreat spaces.
My work is informed by trauma-sensitive yoga, somatic practice, mindfulness, and relational approaches to care. Through movement, breath, and embodied awareness, I aim to create spaces that support greater connection, resilience, and wellbeing, both individually and collectively.
